Review: Simply elegant, simply romantic, simply amazing, simply Toni. With the new release comes the powerful return of Ms. Braxton which includes her single, Yesterday (Remix – feat. Trey Songz). The song Pulse allows the listeners to fall back in love with the Toni we were introduced to on the Boomerang Soundtrack and the Toni we have come to know as an extremely talented woman often overshadowed by bad label decisions.

Yesterday is another song that provides Toni with the opportunity to blow and let loose. Her hard-hitting ballads still captivate an audience and delivers a strong storyline; something that many artists have not been able to master. Every song on this album is worth listening to as Pulse earns it’s spot as a candidate for Bootlegged Album of the Year – and it’s only March! A few favorites are Clockwork, It’s You, Hands Tied, and Don’t Call, Just Text. This is gets a full 10 blades for an outstanding project. With a strong mix of 14 songs It’s about time March rewarded buyers with an album that brings no regrets with the purchase.
