Bottom-line: Hot, hot, hot

Review: This solo debut album from Slash was great. It had many heavy hitters and they came through for an energetic project. The familiar sounds of Slash’s guitar brings every song to life. Even Fergie sounded as though she belonged and that chic is no singer. A few favorites are “Starlight (ft. Myles Kennedy),” “Beautiful Dangerous (ft. Fergie),” “Paradise City (ft. Fergie & Cypress Hill),” and “Sahara.” Slash is a strong favorite for Bootlegged of the Year and gets 9.5 blades and an A!

About Missy T.

(Staten Island): (Researcher Asst.; Critic; Street Reporter) I am so happy to join the gang in 2002 & for being given a chance. I got into this because there was only so much Nelly that I could listen to on KTU. I needed to see what else was out there. My friends didn’t like this new job at first, but now they can’t wait to get the newest edition or log-on online to see what’s new! My parents have gotten over the music I listen to and realize that they are simply for review. I have learned that artists who continue to state their names throughout the CD are a turn off. Either way, I can’t wait for the new year to kick off right.
