J.K. Rowling won the right to copyright-block a fan from publishing an encyclopedia based on her Potter dynasty. The fan actually was ready, along with a web operator, to sell the book when Rowling put a kibosh on the venture. Rowling and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. were awarded $6, 750 in statutory damages, according to amNY.

Well Mr. Snipes makes the list of Most Recent Negros to Go to Jail. He has been sentenced for three years in prison as of April 24th. The question remains; will he be attending the prison’s Sadie Hawkins Dance while there?

Was it truly that serious to avoid the money hungry IRS and send the man to jail? Why not just get the money a,d a fine on top of that? Could it be that the fear is too many Negros may realize how bullshit the “rule” is to pay taxes to the very few? Wouldn’t it make more sense to have him go get a movie deal and see where the money lands?
