Review: To say I was disappointed would be to say that I expected better from this film. Why lie. I knew this would be a straight trash ass film the moment I saw the first preview. The same run-of-the-mill alien held captive for scientific reasons film. Why do folks continue to write or re-produce the same damn thing? A small town gets a crash visitor who is held against its will and forced to endure horrid treatments at the hands of the US military. The usually bullshit of “protecting the country” is spewed and a lone scientist gets feelings and compassion ONLY after the “alien” makes direct contact. In an effort to escape, the ONLY semi-decent human that attempts to help is killed and behold the scrawny boy that must muster up the courage and rally his community to “save” the creature.

Get the fuck outta here with that played out shit.

Not only did Steven Spielberg roll the hell up & slap his name on the credits, but shit this film is a copy of a couple of HIS own films. Talk about telling the same shit & running out of ways to tell it. The jealous friends is upset b/c the girl isn’t interested in him, she wants the scrawny boy. (Get over it & man up, bitch.) A group of friends running around on “adventures.” The military involved in alien secrete activities. BOOOOO-RRING!!

This film gets 1 blade & a WTF? for the dude who had the sense to off himself early in the film. At least he didn’t have to watch this shit play out.
