The Brooklyn, New York native and founder of Penthouse magazine, Bob Guccione, died at the age of 79. He lost his battle with cancer on October 20.

That film included Peter O’Toole, Malcolm McDowell, John Gielgud, and Helen Mirren. he was just one of the major smut providers that the world has seen; and just like Playboy, Penthouse has seen its decline from a once power player in the smut industry.
