During the 12/3 episode, Amyr Ivory sued Abby McFarlane for $1475. McFarlane countersued for loss of rent at $850. Now let’s speak on McFarlane’s sloppiness. This lying wench was looking for a tenant/sucker and found Ivory and his girlfriend through a realtor. They all came to an agreement that Ivory would rent the place.
For weeks Ivory was calling to hand in the rental application to McFarlane and move in. McFarlane decided to lie to the Judge Milian and said she never heard from Ivory from July 16th until July 31st when in actuality in her written deposition to the court she admitted to hearing from him the entire time. This dog even lied to her boyfriend and said that Ivory was making sexual suggestions to her over short phone calls. She went down in flames and goes up for Sloppy Negro of the Moment. She was ordered to pay $650 to Ivory for failing to make the apartment available to him. She kept calling Ivory a freak but turned out to b the true piece of shit in this case.
