Review: It took a lot of convincing for me to watch this “chick flick” but I buckled down and watched it then it came on ABC’s Sunday Night Midnight Flick. This flick wasn’t loved by me. A story of another chick who couldn’t make a decision of whether she should let love in or focus on her career. Ladies, you don’t have to sacrifice a relationship for a career; and that goes for you too fellas. …and that was SwitchBlade’s “Dr. Phil Moment”.

To fit the flick, the soundtrack was interesting. It definitely had a mix of artists on here and they did their thing. The jams had you reflecting and that’s what a soundtrack is supposed to do! The song of the LP was to be She. This dude’s voice isn’t the sexiest but he brings it home. This summed up the Movie and the LP and they even added bonus tracks!

Some brothers even made it on the LP and only a few of the best of the best: Bill Withers’ Ain’t No Sunshine and Al Green’s How Can You Mend A Broken Heart. The Spencer Davis Group’s Gimme Some Lovin’ also made it on here bringing more memories of me in my play room! They took it back!!

The Lighthouse Family did a remix of a Mr. Withers’ tune and did a nice job at it. Props are to be given.

This work get 10 blades; joining the rank of a few others who knew how to put a proper soundtrack together!!
