Bottom-line: Another reason to love music.

Review: Angel Taylor is the newest guitar strumming artist to hit the scene. This sista has caught a hold of the Industry’s ear and has potential. Her album, “Love Travels,” is filled with songs reflecting gentle Summer breezes and soft puppies. The fact that her video is lighting up the airwaves is a good thing. (Not everything has to be about sucking guys off and finger poppin’ chicks in jeeps.) Taylor brings things back to a wholesome kind of love.

Taylor’s not afraid to talk about what real love feels like. How your body feels like it’s floating on air; talk about not being ashamed to love someone without needing approval. Sweet, clean, and adult songs can all exist on the same album without a listener needing to turn the radio down while passing a church/school playground. The entire album is worth listening to.

8.5 blades and a B+ for an album that celebrates mushy love with no apologies.
