Review: I was feeling this flick and even took myself to the theater for this White Boy!! I needed to see what all the hype was and Andy from 52 and Lex decided to have his grandmom video tape the flick! 
I was watching the back of the chair all night via DVD. Except for when she wanted to go to the bathroom and her girlfriend Gladys had to take over. Then ‘ol girl wanted to fall asleep?!!? DRAMA!!
Either way, Andy gave me back my $10 and I rolled to the theater with my OWN SNACKS!! 
Mr. Eminem did his thing for a first time flick and the movie had me going towards the end. The battles were tight and like it should be in most flicks, they showed that everything was not “Okey Dokey” at the end. He over came his fear of battling, but he didn’t just into a limousine at the end of it all. He was still living with Mom Dukes and he had to take it one day at a time with all the relationships (friendships, mother/son, brother/sister, etc.). This flick had heart and it did it’s thing at the box office. This is worth being a part of ones Bootleg DVD Collection! 8 Miles gets 9.5 blades and Andy gets 1.5 Bootleg Handcuffs for refunds!
