Bottom-line: Weak songs for a good artist

Review: Priscilla Renea is an artist that was held under the radar, but drew my interests through “Dollhouse.” I’ve wondered what became of this young songstress with a massive amount of talent and am still looking for her. Although the album had great music, vocals, there was a lack of a congruent concept. She went from a young girl singing tunes about love with a strong presence to a young girl singing tunes of love with a fluff existence. As if the writer(s) ran out of ways to express love/joy or anything with sense.

Once again, the Industry has semi-promoted a strong singer with a semi-weak product. This album gets a C+ and 5.5 blades for effort on Ms. Renea’s side.
