He’s Returned With More Negros

Album: My World 2.0

Artist(s): Justin Bieber

Official/Original Drop Date: March 19, 2010

Grade: C-

Blade(s): 3

Bottom-line: Ehh 2.0

Review: It is clear that the Industry is attempting to pimp another Snow as “R&B friendly” because Justin Bieber is on a role attempting to glam the hip hop/R&B consumers over. Unfortunately his songs are strictly for folks who love fluff. This kid has taken the teen fluff world by storm and there seems to be no stopping him. While talking about heartbreak, he actually speaks from a child’s point of view. WOW! Someone decided not to have him sing ballads to grown 45+-year-olds – now that’s something new. Who would have thought that someone else could out mush Taylor Swift? I think he’s the male pop/hip hop version of Taylor Swift. The industry has found it’s new Tween King and he’s geared up to take on the world; after all, like the album claims – it’s his world 2.0.

3 blades and a C- for the mushiest load I’ve heard since his EP, but it’s a decent project over all. Not my cup of tea but worthy for a tween in need of some tween-luvin’.
