Buble: The Crooner of Remakes

Album: First Dance

Artist(s): Michael Bublé

Official/Original Drop Date: 1996

Grade: WTF?

Blade(s): 1.5

Bottom-line: Nothing spectacular.

Review: Another pre-label album (EP) and this dude has made his career as a remake artist. Yes he has a nice voice but let’s call a spade a spade. The majority of his albums are remakes. Nothing new. Just as we got at Mary J Blige for being the Queen of R&B Remakes, the same can be said for the King of Jazz/Easy Listening Remakes. Nothing but covers should have been the name of this album since that’s all there is. He gets 1.5 blades for not jacking up the songs and a WTF? for creativity.
