Season two was all over the place and lost its flavor somewhere in episode three. Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) was more annoying than in the books and Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) was too broody. Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) and the vamp he made was an unneeded addition.
