Blade(s): 5

Bottom-line: Sting rays with attitudes made for decent B flick.

Review: We have been introduced to a repeat story with a slight kick to it. As always, the military is involved and something is afoot in a tiny town of unsuspecting U.S. citizens. When a ship of sting ray aliens crash land, they are on a mission for survival. The only way they can make it is to find live hosts and implement their will onto the unwilling host. They are able to send high frequency signals to identify which is host and which are foes and potentials. Invasion of the body snatchers would be one of the strongest correlations to make to this film and what it was like.

Standing on it’s own, the film has potential to being considered a decent B flick. Against similar films, it would struggle. A C- and 5 blades.
